Configuration Diagram

One base agent, one hardener, and one cleaning solvent are configured. A Graco two-component pump system is used. A total of one spray gun is required, using one two-component mixing system for online mixing. The paint supply system will be installed in a dedicated paint mixing room. The spray booth control station will be installed inside the spray booth near the spraying position, and the mixed paint will be delivered to the spray guns via hoses. The spray guns will be installed on the spraying line.

The 2KE two-component sprayer, paired with a Davy Bee automatic air spray gun, is used for spraying automotive interior parts.

It produces a uniform, smooth coating that is durable and paint-saving, effectively reducing material costs, complying with environmental policies, and increasing production capacity.
