It completely replaces manual hand-held operations, achieving closed-loop standardized work: First, it automatically scrapes, fills, and finely sands areas with dents, scratches, and cracks, removing splinters and residual dust. It also seals the boards for moisture protection and reinforces the base layer. Then, it sequentially sprays primer, color paint, and clear varnish in layers. Each layer is followed by an automatic leveling and pre-drying process to ensure adhesion between layers.
Equipped with a color-changing system, it can precisely mix and match colors according to the original paint tone and board material, eliminating color difference issues.
