Due to constantly evolving environmental regulations, different versions of air spraying technology have been developed:

● Conventional: This is the traditional form of air spraying technology, offering the highest spray quality and fastest production speed. To achieve these advantages, a large volume of air is used, resulting in lower delivery efficiency.

● High Flow Low Pressure (HVLP): Developed specifically for EPA-regulated areas. To meet this requirement, the air volume used at the air cap is limited to 10 psi. Results show that the low-speed mode provides better spray quality and higher delivery efficiency than the conventional method.

● Compliant technology typically refers to Low Flow Medium Pressure (LVMP), developed specifically to meet European standards. It requires the inlet air pressure to not exceed 29 psi. This allows for the use of air cap designs that provide high-quality spraying with delivery efficiency equal to or better than HVLP.

The letters ACE in the Stellair ACE name represent the leading performance of manual pressure-fed air spray guns in metal, plastic, and wood coating applications:

• A indicates that the spray gun uses an air cap for atomization, ensuring cleanliness and superior coating results.

• C indicates that the spray gun uses a carbon fiber reinforced structure, ensuring durability and helping to reduce muscle strain and fatigue during operation.

The Stellair ACE features a manually tightened hose connector and a fluid assembly removal device built into the trigger, allowing for tool-free maintenance.
