The main water supply pipelines in the drinking water project have a diameter of 4200mm and require internal anti-corrosion spraying. The client previously used domestic brand equipment, which suffered from frequent malfunctions, short service life, and required replacement of the equipment whenever the coating was changed due to fixed mixing ratios. After recommendation, the XM70 electronic mixing two-component spraying machine was used. Each machine can cover 2000 square meters per day, with fewer malfunctions, simple operation, significantly improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, and lowering production costs.
