Water Supply Pipeline Corrosion Protection

The main water supply pipelines in the drinking water project have a diameter of 4200mm and require internal anti-corrosion spraying. The client previously used domestic brand equipment, which suffered from frequent malfunctions, short service life, and required replacement of the equipment whenever the coating was changed due to fixed mixing ratios. After recommendation, the XM70 electronic mixing two-component spraying machine was used. Each machine can cover 2000 square meters per day, with fewer malfunctions, simple operation, significantly improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, and lowering production costs.

Gas Pipeline Corrosion Protection

The main gas pipelines in underground coal mines have a diameter of 500mm and require external anti-corrosion spraying. The original process was roller coating, which was inefficient and had poor anti-corrosion effects. Afterwards, the Belzona 1000 series zinc-rich epoxy coating was selected. The coating has high viscosity and a complex application process.
