Automatic Glue Dispensing Application Case Study for Dishwashers

In this application case study, the customer uses silicone rubber as the coating material. Silicone is a highly active adsorbent material, an amorphous substance that does not react with any substance except strong alkalis and hydrofluoric acid. It is insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic, odorless, and chemically stable. Its viscosity is non-flowing, and the glue dispensing method is automated robotic application.
