The system employs a complete spraying system to stably deliver paint coatings, combined with Japanese Iwata automatic spray guns for efficient spraying.

*Air spraying: This method uses a low-pressure fluid to atomize the material under controlled conditions, where the low-pressure fluid stream mixes with compressed air at the air cap. This technology is suitable for spraying low-to-medium viscosity fluids onto products requiring high-quality, decorative coatings. It can spray a uniform, smooth coating onto the outer casing, improving the product's appearance quality and spraying efficiency.
