Solid Wood and Plywood Cabinet Mixed-Air Spray Coating Solution
Wood Spray Coating: Due to the differences in substrate characteristics (solid wood has rich grain and is prone to deformation, while plywood has a stable structure and high surface smoothness), when spraying solvent-based PU paint and UV paint, it is crucial to combine the characteristics of the wood, the type of paint, and the construction scenario, and precisely control the entire process of pretreatment, spraying, and curing to achieve a uniform paint film, strong adhesion, and excellent texture.
Before construction, the wood needs to be sanded along the grain to remove burrs. Wood with large pores needs to be sprayed with a PU sealing primer first. The spray gun should be moved at a uniform speed, 20-30cm away from the frame, with an overlap of 1/3-1/2. During construction, protective masks and gloves must be worn, the workshop must be well-ventilated, and dust and direct sunlight should be avoided. Avoid touching the surface before the paint film is fully cured to achieve a smooth and delicate finish.
