Electrostatic spraying is a spraying method that utilizes the physical phenomenon of "electrostatic envelopment."
An electrostatic field exists between the electrode needle of the spray gun carrying high-voltage static electricity and the grounded object. When paint is sprayed through the electrostatic spray gun, the paint becomes atomized and acquires a static charge. Under the influence of the electrostatic field, these charged paint particles reach the grounded workpiece in a greater proportion, without deviating from the target or being carried away by the surrounding airflow.
This improves the transfer efficiency of electrostatic spraying, helping you save costs to a greater extent, providing environmentally friendly spraying, and meeting your ever-changing production needs.
