1、Machine Specifications
This semi-enclosed water curtain cabinet measures 4200*2600*2600 mm. The main body is constructed from 1.0mm thick 304 stainless steel. The drainage system uses a circulating water system, with the main pipe being a 2-inch PVC pipe and branch pipes being 1.1/4 inch PVC pipes. It features a double-layer filter frame. The machine body, welded from stainless steel square tubing, measures 35800*2400*2600 mm. The stainless steel base includes an independent water collection tray, reducing paint contamination and facilitating maintenance and cleaning.

The 6-axis automatic spraying machine is equipped with 10 spray guns and special spray guns. Five spray guns in five stations can spray simultaneously. The spray guns are factory-developed, dual-air-pipe automatic special spray guns with a nozzle diameter of 1.0mm. The rotating unit uses a frequency converter and is equipped with a large splitter and a 180-degree rotation mechanism. The spraying thickness is adjustable from 30-50um, with a maximum spraying thickness of 330mm diameter and 350mm thickness. Five sets of workpieces can be sprayed simultaneously, with a distance of 350mm between the workpieces.
