The machine uses a dual-pump, multi-gun combination, with each pump using one or several similar colors:
• Fundamentally eliminates the possibility of color mixing
• Reduces color change time from tens of minutes to just a few minutes
• Significantly reduces the cost of paint and paint cleaning solvents
• Simplifies the commissioning process and increases the lifespan of core components such as the color change valve
Working Pump (Pump A): Operates continuously, ensuring uninterrupted spraying.
Standby Pump (Pump B): Simultaneously, Pump B automatically performs the following background operations:
Instant Switching: When yellow needs to be sprayed, the system instantly closes the outlet valve of Pump A and simultaneously opens the outlet valve of Pump B.
Role Reversal: After the switch is complete, Pump A immediately enters the cleaning and preparation process for the next color, preparing for the next switchover.
