Technical Highlights

Working Pump (Pump A): Operates continuously, ensuring uninterrupted spraying.

Standby Pump (Pump B): Simultaneously, Pump B automatically performs the following background operations:

• Evacuation: Drains residual old paint back to the original container or waste container.
• Cleaning: Introduces solvent to thoroughly clean Pump B and its connected piping.
• Preparation: After cleaning, draws paint from the new color container, completing the filling process and entering standby mode.

Instant Switching: When yellow needs to be sprayed, the system instantly closes the outlet valve of Pump A and simultaneously opens the outlet valve of Pump B.

Role Reversal: After the switch is complete, Pump A immediately enters the cleaning and preparation process for the next color, preparing for the next switchover.
